I had been thinking about this one
But this review just will not cooperate with me. I still want to say just how much I enjoyed this book. I felt completely immersed in the story - I felt like I was in ancient China during Tang Dinasty and observed the life of the occupants of Lotus Palace. Both hero and heroine were wonderful - flawed, but interesting and felt like real people.
If you like historicals with unusual settings, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Oh and writing was amazing too.
