Sweet
I loved Laura Florand's Chocolate series, so I was happy to pick up the new book. I liked it a lot, I was pleased that I could enjoy the chemistry between Matt and Layla in the book with pretty simple plot - where m/f romance is concerned that does not happen to me too often unfortunately. My issue was that while in Chocolate series low angst level did not bother me, actually pleased me, here I was kind of torn, because the resolutions of their disagreements just felt a little bit too easy. But it was a breezy satisfying read overall.
