Oh Paris :(
I liked this book a whole lot, because more Paris is always a good thing, but a friend said that it worked better for her (and she loved more time with the guys too) when their backstory was revealed in the throwaway comments and memories in the first book. On reflection I have to agree with her - talk about being torn,
(show spoiler)but my brain agrees with my friend.
